Molly will be three months old on July 2nd. She's growing so much and learning so quickly. She bats at her toys with excitment. She kicks and splashes her whole body in the baby tub. She holds her head up independently. She sucks her hands and THUMB (we aren't happy about that) She coos and mmmms and ooos and giggles!! She even giggles. She did that for the first time during her bath a few days ago, then hasn't stopped. She turns her head to the sound of my voice. She stiffens her body and her eyes get big when she knows she's about to be picked up when she is crying. Alot of this is 5 month skills by the way. Not many days will go by that she won't be informally given the IDA or FEAS or some other developmental profile or assessment. She will closely monitored and stimulated.
However, she isn't feeling good today. I think she also has her first cold. She can't breath very well through her nose, and that makes it hard for her to eat or suck on the pacifier.
