christmas hoodies

It was so cold outside on the night of Holiday in the Grove that all the children, who were wearing matching t-shirts and jeans, had to cover up with coats and hoods. What is in this video is at least 6 first grade classes. Obviously not every kid shows up for this. But this is half of the first grade, not all, half. This show goes on in stages. First group of kids and parents, then they leave the stage area, adn the next set comes in. Imagine hundreds of cold parents, grandparents and siblings huddled around (in shifts) to hear the precious sound of Christmas carols sund by 5 and 6 year olds. oh, and they ran out of the advertised "free hot cocoa" by the time we got there. :( But the show was well worth the effort. Just look at those Jazz hands!
