Molly's big day

It was a big day today. Molly's a week old. Both Ben and Thomas had class Easter parties. I made appearances at both of them. I left Molly in the car with Josh while I ducked in. I thought it was important to go to Ben's because he begged and begged for me to go, and this could be one of the last parties that he has because in 2nd grade, they aren't going to be doing that many special little parties and stuff. I didn't do any lifting or work but being on my feet and walking more than usual must have been too much because I was using a heating pad for the rest of the day. The good news is Molly is nursing very well, and that is getting easier each day. We're still a little rocky around 3:30am. I'm not sure what goes wrong. All I know is by that time I've tried everything and I'm tired, and it's Josh's turn. By 5:00 I've had a nap, he gives her to me and she nurses and we all go back to sleep. I guess she just wants daddy time. When the boys came home from school, we had a few egg hunts in the back yard. It was nice to sit on the porch swing watching them take turns hiding and hunting for eggs. I love our backyard...and our kids. All three of them!
