Most of you know the predicament Ben's karate practice put us in for Halloween plans. So that Ben would have the most amound of Halloween in the shortest amount of time in a location that wasn't far from the YMCA, we took Ben to Trunk or Treat at First Baptist on Lincoln Rd. Wow! Lots of candy. There were tons of cars, trucks and SUV's all decorated and ready to pass out the treats. There were even motorcycles, fire trucks and a small airplane. The children bring their buckets and walk from trunk to trunk saying "trick or treat" and get the candy instead of going from house to house. Ben and Josh went to practice and Thomas and I went to a friend's house to trick or treat a little bit. We rode in a trailer around the neighborhood. After practice Ben came to the party and played with friends. I think Ben doesn't really know that he missed real trick or treating nor does he care because we did the trunk or treat thing.
