Post Halloween Fun

After Halloween, Walmart had costumes marked way down. Knowing that Ben and Thomas love dressing up and love being various superheros, we bought two Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle costumes and a Spiderman costume to wear around the house for dress up. When we got to the register, two out of three costumes didn't ring up at the sale price, and the cashier said, "if they don't ring up right, they're free." And she wasn't kidding. That was a nice surprise. Ben has spent most of his free time at home alternating between the two costumes. We thought the world was going to end when he spilled milk on his Spiderman costume. It had to go in the laundry for a little while. Thomas is getting a big kick out of the costumes as well. He really has no idea what he's pretending to be. He just knows he's wearing a funny outfit, and Ben seems to like it so it must be cool.
